Following receipt of any such notification, we will use all reasonable endeavours to disable access to our site as soon as possible using the user identification code or password in question but shall not be liable to you for any misuse of your account.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9.2 Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any services or advice to you, which will be set out in the separate applicable terms and conditions.
9.3 Please note that we only provide our site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, business, business interruption, or business opportunity.
9.4 AHR Group does not provide any technical support in relation to our site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if AHR Group does provide any technical support, it is provided free of charge, as is basis, and AHR Group does not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred or suffered in connection with the provision of such support.

AHR Group will not be held liable for any loss incurred due to your inability to view information resulting from pop-up blockers.

- To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to affect the operation of any computer software or hardware adversely.
11.2 You agree:

You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. Your right to use our site will cease immediately in such a breach.

16. Breach of these Terms

16.2 . Without prejudice to the generality of paragraph 1d.1 and any other rights or remedies of AHR Group in connection with these Terms, failure to comply with paragraph 11 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site;
- Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or materials uploaded by you to our site;
- Issue of a warning to you;
- Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
- Further legal action against you; and/or
- Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
16.3 We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of these Terms. The responses described in this paragraph 1d are not exhaustive, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
